At Asal Yemen Coffee & Honey, we take pride in offering authentic, high-quality food and beverage products.
Due to the nature of consumable goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on coffee, honey, tea, beverages, or other food products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at asalyemencoffee@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or store credit.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
